Good morning and welcome to the LIST. I found an article that I will post as a reference for setting up files. I will add a list of references later. It was a pretty complete list but it had graphics that were difficult to read and would eat up quite a bit of ink, not that mine will not but you can manipulate what you need prior to printing should you so choose. Also, the list included twenty five documents that one should have in place. I found in my experience, that more may be needed. So here is a listing of the basics and tomorrow I will post some further explanations. At one time or another during this journey of the past three years, I have needed and used all of these documents. As I stated before, we had a cancer situation and so we were given some time but there is never enough time and I found myself searching through files, creating new ones and deleting outdates. Learn to be prepared because moving things around is stressful at any rate. Stay on top of the game and get organized, stay that way as circumstances change by up-dating your files.
Just an aside, I try to begin each day with a daily ready from catholic.org. This was the top of the readings today.
Reading 1, Isaiah 38:1-6, 21-22, 7-8
1 About then, Hezekiah fell ill and was at the point of death. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz came and said to him, ‘Yahweh says this, “Put your affairs in order, for you are going to die, you will not live.” ‘ catholic.org/dailyreadings.
